The tight, densely knitted structure offers greater stab resistance than other cut-resistant T-shirts. The very strong Cutyarn and Spectra fabric also offers useful resistance to splinters from an explosion.
The single-layer T-shirt is relatively thin and breathable and can be worn visibly, either under clothing or a uniform. The short sleeves are slightly shorter so they are not visible under a regular T-shirt.
